If you’re someone appearing for NATA or know an architecture aspirant, here are some tips to make sure your exam prep is smooth sailing!

2. Don’t skip the mathematics section

We know math often seems very daunting and scary! But it's actually very easy to score in math, especially in the NATA MCQ’s format; if you just remember the logic behind the formulae. Face your fears and focus on math

3. Go through previous years’ papers

Even though the NATA exam tests your aptitude, rather than memory; it’s always a good idea to solve previous years’ papers to get an idea of the kind of questions that may come in the actual exam and build speed accordingly.

4. Don’t try to memorize everything, Practice

The NATA exam is one of the few that tests your knowledge and reasoning power, as opposed to testing your memory. Understand the logic behind questions, rather than attempting rote learning, which works only for GK questions!

5. Learn how to focus on your strengths

The test has nearly 25 questions across a multitude of sections. Figure out the ones which interest you and you find fun to solve. Build those as your strength, so that you have more time to spend on solving and simplifying your weaker topics.
